3. Account & Access

• Access requires an active Patreon subscription ($2+/month minimum).
• Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of these terms.

4. Content

• All characters, stories, and images are fictional and AI-generated.
• Characters are based on fictional works and do not represent real people.
• The Service provides interactive AI roleplay for entertainment purposes only.
• Content generated by the AI does not reflect the views or opinions of the Service operators.

5. Token System

• Tokens are allocated monthly based on your Patreon tier.
• Unused tokens do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Token allocation resets on your Patreon billing date.
• Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account or access credentials with others.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Redistribute, record, or publicly share content generated by the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Use at your own risk.

8. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are managed through Patreon. Refund requests must be directed to Patreon in accordance with their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
