• Patreon Account Data: Your Patreon ID, display name, email address, and subscription tier. This is obtained through Patreon OAuth during login.
• Chat Data: Messages you send and AI responses within the Service. This includes conversation history and memory book summaries.
• Usage Data: Token consumption, session timestamps, and basic interaction metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and verify Patreon subscription status.
• To provide the AI chat service and maintain conversation continuity.
• To track and manage your monthly token allocation.
• To improve the Service and fix technical issues.

3. Data Storage

• Your data is stored on a secured VPS server.
• Chat history is stored in an encrypted database.
• We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
• Patreon OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for authentication.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third-party services:

• Patreon: For authentication and subscription management. Subject to Patreon's Privacy Policy.
• OpenRouter / AI Model Providers: Your messages are sent to AI models for response generation. Messages are processed but not permanently stored by the AI provider.

5. Data Retention

• Chat data is retained as long as your account is active.
• You may request deletion of your chat history by contacting us.
• If your Patreon subscription ends, your data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent by canceling your Patreon subscription.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie is:

• HttpOnly (not accessible by JavaScript)
• Secure (transmitted only over HTTPS)
• Expires after 7 days

8. Children

This Service is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has accessed the Service, their account and data will be immediately deleted.
